E-learning Credit Courses are courses taught by trained and qualified e-learning teachers. using Ontario's Ministry of Education curriculum documents.
E-learning courses can be offered for students who cannot be in the physical classroom to learn. For example, a desired course may not be offered at their school or they cannot take a course because of a scheduling conflict.
E-learning credit courses allow for a variety of online classroom configurations. Students from different locations anywhere in the world may enrol in one e-learning course. Students from one location can enrol in one course but access it during different periods of the day.
E-learning credit courses allow secondary school students to:
Select online courses from Grades 9 to 12 in a variety of subjects
Benefit from university/college, university and open course types
Reduce time table conflicts.
Meet the Ministry of Education (Ontario) for both the compulsory and elective academic requirements towards the Ontario Secondary School Diploma.

We take academic honesty and fairness very seriously. If students are suspected of cheating, falsifying student work, mis-representing themselves online or any form of academic dishonesty, YHS administration has the right to withhold marks until a complete and thorough investigation is concluded. There is the option of an Invalidation Appeal as well as a Re-Score Request. Cost of these measures will be bore by the student themselves.
